A landmark Bungendore pub, brought back to life. Megham refurbished this much-loved heritage hotel from the foundations up — restoring its facade and verandah, reworking every interior space, and adding a new bar, refreshed bathrooms and upstairs accommodation. The real craft was in the coordination: integrating modern services and compliance into a building first constructed in the late 1800s, all while preserving the character that makes it a local icon.

Delivered as a complete design and construct project — architect, approvals and build all under one roof — Millwood Lane balances private spaces for every member of the family with light-filled areas made for entertaining. At its heart, a bold structural steel frame opens up the entrance and gives the home a striking contemporary presence, while timeless finishes keep it grounded in its rural surrounds.
