The clients needed two things from one property: a sensitive renovation of their heritage-listed cottage so they could live comfortably, and a new second dwelling to provide dual occupancy for a family member to live on the same site.
Scope of Work
Alongside the cottage renovation, Megham delivered a new second dwelling designed in a barn style — narrow and tall — which made for a genuinely challenging structure to coordinate. Navigating heritage approvals was the most difficult part of the project, with the design itself adding further complexity that the team worked through methodically.n.
