Client Objectives

Having purchased the property for a tree change from Sydney, the clients took it on knowing it would need extensive repair — the early-1900s homestead had suffered decades of mistreatment and water egress. Their goal was to restore it into a comfortable, characterful home for their next chapter.

Scope of Work

Megham was engaged directly to both design and refurbish the homestead, with the aim of creating open living and dining areas at its heart. The project demanded specialist attention given the condition of the existing structure and the extensive structural and services changes required, alongside a complete internal and external renovation.

Achievements
