Client Objectives

Above all, the clients wanted a warm, comfortable home they could genuinely enjoy living in — and the ability to make use of far more of the house. The brief was less about a single feature and more about transforming how the whole home felt and functioned day to day, with year-round comfort at the centre of it.

Scope of Work

Megham delivered a new master wing extension, complete with its own ensuite and a private deck — a true retreat within the home. The works also included a complete reroof of what is a genuinely complex roof structure, along with the installation of hydronic heating throughout the entire house. Together, these elements addressed both the footprint and the feel of the home, adding space where it mattered while solving the warmth and comfort the clients had been missing.

Achievements

The result is a home that finally lives the way the clients always wanted — a warm, inviting space, comfortable in every season thanks to whole-home hydronic heating, with a private master wing that gives them room to retreat. What was once a home they couldn’t fully use is now one they can enjoy end to end.
